Are you looking to make meaningful changes in your life? Are you trying to manage difficult events and develop skills to be able to cope and reach your goals? Well, you have come to the right place! I am well trained in evaluating individuals from a biological, psychological, cultural, and social angle. I believe that we are all unique individuals and that treatment must be tailored to each individual's needs and personality. My approach utilizes various modalities, such as: CBT, Insight oriented, person centered, strengths based, and mindfulness based therapies.
Therapy can provide you with a meaningful relationship and a safe space to examine life goals and to get through current difficulties and emotions as well as gain insight that leads to change occurring. I completed my bachelor's degree in psychology and my master's degree in clinical counseling. I am also licensed in the state of PA.
I have experience working with adults and adolescents in mental health and substance use disorders. I've spent the majority of my career working with drug and alcohol issues and feel I am well equipped to aid individuals struggling with ceasing substance use and regaining control of their life.
