Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Informed Skills Group Now Enrolling 14 week accelerated program, weekly 1.5 hour evening group, meeting 6:30pm to 8:30pm, Reimbursable by Most Health Insurance. DBT 14 Week Skills Building Group
DBT( Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) helps people with big emotions, and sometimes big reactions, to cultivate peace in this not always sensitive world we live in. Only by accepting our reality are we able to learn to cope more effectively with that which we cannot change. DBT skills groups help with symptoms ranging from anxiety to depression, to PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) as well as CPTSD (complex post-traumatic stress disorder).
