I'm neurodiversity-affirming and have experience supporting individuals with ADHD/Autism. With my Christian faith background and training in faith integration, I happily offer faith integration to those who desire it; I also warmly and enthusiastically welcome clients from all backgrounds and walks of life! I have extensive experience working with children and their families in a Christian, school-based setting.
My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed while blending evidenced-based practices like CBT. I specialize in expressive arts therapy (art, music, play, poetry/storytelling, nature, etc.) for all ages. I also enjoy creating/planning personalized handouts/activities to support each of my clients.
