I have dedicated my life to help teens, adults, families and couples see their best version of themselves and by doing so, empowering them to move forward in life with acceptance and resilience.
One of the most important aspects of my work is meeting the client where they are, therefore , I take an integrative approach that combines CBT skills, DBT skills, mindfulness and other different approaches that would meet the needs of the client.
