I am passionate about working with adolescents and adults struggling with self-identity, sexual and gender identity, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I provide a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment in which clients can process these struggles and find healing through a way that fits them best. Healing looks different for everyone depending on what their goals and aspirations are in life. My goal is to help each client create a life they love and is worth living.
My areas of interest include LGBTQ+ wellness, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I work with adolescents and adults to improve overall well-being and become the best version of themselves. Using a holistic approach to improve coping skills, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance, we will strive to meet your individual goals.
