Taking the first step in finding a therapist can feel both empowering and overwhelming. Whatever the reason you are here, I’m so glad you are exploring getting support. I have experience working with teens, young adults, and adults from various backgrounds and walks of life. I especially enjoy working with 20something and 30something year-olds. My areas of focus include trauma, stress, anxiety, and depression. During sessions, you can expect to have opportunities for safe emotional expression, increased insight and reflection, as well as exploring your patterns, whether or not they are serving you, and how you'd like to change.
I prioritize creating an inclusive and nonjudgmental space rooted in empathy, curiosity, and acceptance. I find that a strong therapeutic alliance is crucial to foster growth and change. I am also trained in EMDR and use this approach with client's when appropriate.
