I use an integrative therapeutic approach and will customize your treatment focusing on your individual needs using a variety of modalities. I specialize in helping people with depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, stress management, ADD, family conflict, and managing life transitions. I have specialized training in Neurofeedback, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Domestic Violence, and Suicide Prevention.
