So many of us prioritize the loving care of our family and friends while neglecting to tend to ourselves - as though we are our own most treasured other.
I have substantial advanced training in motivational interviewing(MI), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and mindfulness based interventions for problematic substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression and interpersonal concerns.
I also practice Gottman informed interventions for couples and other relationship structures. I enjoy working with all humans but especially, young adults, professionals, other therapists, and folks in non-conventional relationships.
