My counseling journey started 20 years ago, supporting young and older adults in college and public schools. I found tremendous passion as a helper, partnering with clients to harness their internal strength and achieve their full potential. The relationship, most importantly, trust, is where your healing begins. As a team, we dive into the feelings of discomfort, learning to find peace and develop healthy approaches to your life.
I am licensed in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (2014) and in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (2022). Specializing in transitional life stages, anxiety, depression, school issues, career counseling, and self-esteem.
Growing up with a physical deformity and a learning impairment, I have lived what it is like to be different and quickly empathize with each client's personal circumstances. My role is to help you define your goal(s) in therapy, so we can together help you achieve the life you want to live.
