Whether it's facing your difficult past or planning your bright future, I'm here to help. I greatly value the therapeutic relationship. Once this relationship has been established, the individual can feel comfortable to address more personal issues in a confidential and respectful environment. I assist with teaching the tools needed to manage thoughts which will then manage behaviors.
Specialty areas include helping new parents, particularly new fathers, transition into their new important role. Other specialty areas include my experience with anger management, stress management/relief, and substance abuse.
