Oftentimes in life we find ourselves stuck and uncertain how to move forward. Whether it's anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, difficulties with a life transition, or another issue, I aim to help each person I work with identify what's holding them back and explore ways to generate momentum toward a more fulfilling life. I work with adults of diverse cultural identities in addressing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, grief, OCD, trauma, career concerns, substance abuse, depression, stress, relationship problems, bipolar disorders, and ADHD. I also offer psychological testing and assessment.
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and an interpersonal approach. I also use Motivational Interviewing (MI), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I provide psychological testing to assess for ADHD, learning disorders, and other issues.
