My style is warm and trauma-informed. I work mostly with adolescents, adults and seniors. My experience and interests support a natural focus on the themes of: anxiety, perinatal mental health, dual diagnosis, transition, grief & loss and meaning-making. I have a soft heart for animals, the disabled and anyone that feels shunned by an unrelenting world.
