I received my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University. I have experience working with adolescents, college students, and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions. I integrate a multitude of modalities including ACT, Narrative, and EFT that will best help you reach your goals.
