As a postdoctoral psychologist at Impact Psychological Services, I specialize in working with children and young adults overcoming stressful or traumatic events in their lives. My background includes extensive training in numerous trauma-informed modalities, including ARC and TF-CBT. In additional to individual therapy, I have facilitated grief-based teen groups and authored a children's activity book focused on fostering posttraumatic growth.
My approach to therapy is collaborative and strength-based, designed to help clients increase their self-awareness and develop new skills. I prioritize creating a safe and comfortable environment where clients can build a genuine, trusting relationship with me.
