I believe that connections and relationships play incredibly important roles in our lives and that everyone deserves a safe space to discuss and process the unique challenges their relationships may be facing. I work from a sex positive, kink affirming, and queer friendly perspective to help people navigate and explore their relationships regardless of how traditional or non-traditional they may be.
I enjoy working with all relationship styles, as well as helping young people (12yrs & up) learn who they are and who they want to be in our world. I enjoy working with relationships, individuals, and families and helping them to achieve the level of functionality that works best for them.
I have always wanted to help people in a way that they can learn from & that has a lasting impact. I believe that I can help my clients help themselves in a way that draws on their own abilities and strengths while also finding new ways for them to write their story. I also believe that every person and situation is different and use an integrated approach.
