I spent many times on the receiving end as a friend or loved one talking through the everyday stresses that come with the job. I have experience working with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including sexual assault, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I am trained in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and motivational interviewing.
