In addition to being trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I have also completed training in ART - Accelerated Resolution Thearpy, EMDR, and I am an Internal Family Systems (IFS) level one practitioner. Also, Brainspotting (completed phase 1), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
