I am not currently accepting new clients. My intention as a therapist is to help you feel empowered in your process of self-discovery. I believe everyone can heal and grow to be their best selves with the proper support, tools, and guidance. Therapy is a collaborative process and you and I will work together to make the process right for you. Change is hard, even when it is positive, I will be by your side, helping you navigate the emotions, thoughts, and beliefs that surface as you attempt to break old habits and patterns and begin living an authentic life.
I have experience working with individuals, couples, and adolescents on a wide range of issues including depression, general anxiety, major life changes, family problems, divorce, chronic and persistent mental health conditions, PTSD and other generalized mental health conditions. I have special training in the area of eating disorders.
I utilize a variety of treatment modalities to help you manage your emotions and reactions as you begin to untangle the various negative core beliefs and patterns that keep you from healing yourself and living your fullest life.
