I work with adults (ages 18+) who want to work on anxiety, trauma (PTSD and CPTSD), recovering from abuse (emotional, physical, spiritual, and sexual), life transitions, and women’s issues. I am trained in EMDR and love using it as a main approach or in addition to talk therapy.
My goal is to listen and help you define your goals, as well as move past any stuck-points that may arise.

**FREE**This is a support group for people on a journey of healing from losses in their lives. This group focuses on healing together. It is a place to connect with others who are also on a healing journey from loss. It is a community of encouragement. We will meet the first Tuesday of each month in 2023. Come early and stay late for more community. There is no cost for this group.
