Hi! I’m Kim Nelson, LCPC, the supervising therapist at Middleton Counseling. I have 2 beautiful daughters and 3 terrific grandchildren. I love spending time with my wonderful wife TK and our family. For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to work with people who are experiencing anxiety and depression.
My area of interest is with people as they negotiate the twists and turns inherent during life. Depression, anxiety, relationships, divorce, blended families, trauma, and decision-making are just some of the bumps that one can encounter along the path.
I am honest and collaborate in my approach to helping people solve their difficulties and get to a more peaceful, happy place. During my 3 decades of experience, I have found it most helpful to use a combination of many therapeutic theories all of which are solely focused on the client and their needs.
