Life is hard, and the journey is worth taking. None of us chose to be here, and yet here we are, experiencing all of the intense and the mundane together. I am here to help you with specific goals you want to reach, challenges you want to overcome, experiences you want to process, and changes you want to make. I have been working in the mental health field since 2015, and I have supported hundreds of individuals on their journeys.
I specialize in working with youth, families, and adults across the lifespan. I do my work using a nature-informed lens, meaning I am thinking about you as a natural being and how nature can be a part of your healing journey. Nature can provide metaphors and a space for exploration to deepen your therapeutic journey beyond a traditional indoor model.
I am driven and motivated, but understand the flipside of listening and presence. I have been told I am "silly and serious in a snap," meaning I don't take myself too seriously, but I am also able to be serious about matters that matter. I am passionate about helping people have the quality of life they deserve through positive mental health.
