I am especially passionate about the self-actualization of folks in their sexuality, gender, neurodiversity, and relationships of any configuration. I believe that everyone deserves a space to reflect creatively on what makes their life sustainable and authentic.
My background is in Trauma Therapy, and I believe that our bodies react in ways that can provide insight into our inner experiences. While it can be daunting to delve into the unknown parts of ourselves, I aim to cultivate a warm environment that can make this exploration more accessible and allow space for weaving incongruent experiences harmoniously.
