I work with adults who struggle with emotional, relational, and behavioral difficulties and are looking to create positive changes in their lives. Underlying any therapeutic techniques, my approach is fundamentally humanistic. I respect clients as they are, and help guide and support them in achieving their unique goals, and becoming more happy, effective, successful, and fulfilled. I have 20+ years experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and teacher, and hold an MA degree in Counseling Psychology, a Certificate in Organizational Development and Leadership, and a BS degree in Communication. I have worked with clients of all ages in private practice, adult mental health programs, school and special education, and assisted living.
