My goal is to create a safe space where healing and transformation can take place. Life is unpredictable so at times we need someone to support us as we find our way. I provide a place where together we find your path. I offer an integrated combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing. I also offer a spiritually integrated approach for those who request or want to use their faith as a source of healing.
I have been licensed in Texas for over 13 years. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse. I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication and to strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other.
It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I also work to foster an open and safe environment where thoughts, feelings can be shared without fear of judgement.
