My practice is focused on those with worries, fear, low energy, sadness, irritability, a lack of confidence, as well as parenting, relationship, and medical issues. As you consider therapy, you may feel overwhelmed or uncertain. I offer a compassionate, caring, and respectful relationship. I am trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, systems theory, and interpersonal neuropsychology. I use an eclectic approach to meet the unique needs of each person. My style is to build upon your personal strengths.
I have extensive experience working with Asian Americans, refugees, and immigrants. I understand how immigrant, refugee, or minority experiences can impact one's personal, work, and family life. Previously, I worked in community mental health, hospitals, and a school, and enjoy working with a wide variety of people.
