I provide compassionate, supportive therapy in a professional and comfortable environment. I explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors that cause people to become stuck and work on practicing new thoughts, feelings and behaviors to become "unstuck". Therapy is a collaborative and dynamic process and I enjoy working with a wide variety of individuals to assist them in getting the most out of their life.

I am a mental health counselor helping individuals overcome a variety of emotional and behavioral challenges. I am a counselor as well as a certified NLP practitioner. My approach to therapy is client-centered. I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to be able to explore their thoughts and emotions. I am skillful and adept at helping people identify what they want to work on, and assisting in the development of a plan that makes sense to them. I work with them to determine what is the proper balance of education, information, accountability, support, and guidance to assure positive results for them. I have extensive experience working with members of the legal profession, health care professionals, students, military personnel and their families, but I enjoy working with clients from all walks of life. I am trained and experienced at assisting employers and families to intervene on individuals with substance use disorders.

Jennifer Zoltowski, MS, LLP conducts comprehensive assessments and provides compassionate, outcome based treatment. She works with adolescents, adults, couples and families. Ms. Zoltowski believes assessment plays a critical part in accurately diagnosing problems and understanding an individual's behavioral and emotional needs. Once assessment is complete, treatment goals are developed collaboratively with the client to ensure the best quality care and treatment. Ms. Zoltowski conducts risk assessments to aid those involved in the legal system, in addition to custody and parenting time evaluations.

I am licensed both as a Clinical Psychologist and Marriage and Family Therapist. I also have a Ph.D. in Quantum Advanced Medicine. I do therapy with individuals for depression, anxiety and many other life issues. I work with couples and families through Marriage and Family Therapy which is my specialty area. Furthermore, attending to the grief and loss through a divorce is also an important component of family work. Therapy with adolescents and children, sexual and alcohol addictions are critical components of my practice today. Clients come to me because of my strong emphasis on natural treatment consultations when possible.
