I offer outpatient counseling services to individuals, couples, and families as part of your healing journey. I have training and experience working with a variety of issues, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic violence, self-esteem, conflict, and communication. I am also trained and experienced to integrate the Christian faith for whom this is important.

In my practice I provide psychotherapy to adults, teenagers, and couples in a warm, patient, non-judgmental environment. My office is an inviting, safe space for healing. I work with people who seek support for anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationships, family issues, anger, life balance, and life stressors. I assist in empowering people with areas such as work, school, and change in living dynamics, disabilities, chronic illness, self-care, relationship breakups and divorce. I have extensive experience with diversity, spirituality, and individuals from various cultural backgrounds.

I primarily work with people wrestling with mental-health challenges such as depression/anxiety, relationship issues, parenting challenges or difficulties coping with cycles of self-harm. I specialize in working with people diagnosed with BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) as well as parents of children with BPD or other mental health challenges. I am a LGBTQIA+ welcoming counselor, antiracism educator, and offer Christian counseling if desired. I'm not licensed to provide substance abuse treatment.
