I’m also adept at working with more severe mood disorders, and even psychotic disorders. I feel deeply for anyone doubting their worthiness, and struggling to find motivation to live. I’d want them to know foremost that they are loved, and important. I’d ask them to consider what got them this far, and where else they would like to go.

Hi! My name is Rachael Gilbert and I graduated from Grand Valley State University in 2017 with my Master’s in Social Work. Most of my early career was spent working with families in foster care and running residential programs. I also have experience working in outpatient therapy in community mental health. I take to heart the unique and incredible journey that individuals have experienced that led them to my care. The strength and vulnerability that it takes an individual to share their story is not something I take lightly. My goal is that every person receives support they need and leaves with more hope than when they walked in.

I specialize in working with those experiencing anxiety, infertility, and perinatal mental health issues (including pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, and postpartum). Jennifer Gillette is a Licensed Master Social Worker who is passionate about helping those in physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental distress. She has worked in oncology for over 25 years and works with top-rated health professionals to keep up to date on the latest research. She has extensive experience with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, stress management, PTSD, bipolar disorders, and coping with life transitions. Jennifer assists couples in healing their marriages and families. She also has a Women's Christian Counseling certificate and is open to helping people use their individual spirituality as a way to cope.
