I love to work with people of all ages. I enjoy being there with clients and supporting them through whatever difficulties have brought them to seek counseling. I have helped people deal with ADHD, loss and grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, self esteem, parenting issues, communication, and just life in general.... I am a firm believer that at some point in our lives, everyone could benefit from counseling. Sometimes when you are struggling, you need a little help to figure out how to struggle better, and that is more than ok.
Counseling can be uncomfortable at times and I strive to provide a safe and confidential environment for all individuals to be able to open up about what is impacting their well-being as we work together to change the impact life is having on you.
I feel honored to be able to assist clients to overcome issues and learn to live life "struggling better". I do this by listening, building a trusting relationship between us, and looking together for alternative options. I enjoy seeing my clients grow and move through the obstacles in their lives.
