Through my own life events and working with clients, I have come to value self-compassion and self-love. One of my main goals with every client is for them to identify and flourish around desired changes while also remaining resilient and practicing self-care. My ability to identify dynamics and patterns in behavior help people break unproductive cycles.
I am driven and uniquely qualified to help clients because of my first-hand experience in foster care, not only as a child, but also as a current foster parent. My experience growing up in the system gives me valuable insight and incredible compassion for all of life's challenges.
