With my master's degree in Community and Trauma Counseling from Thomas Jefferson University, I employ an eclectic and holistic approach tailored to each client and their needs. Drawing from and utilizing Internal Family Systems (IFS), Shadow Work (Jungian), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness, play therapy, and somatic interventions.
