I provide individual, couples, and family therapy, supporting youth and adults with anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and relationship conflict. I am a neurodivergent-affirming therapist, working with neurodivergent adults, youth and their caregivers, offering the guidance and support needed to navigate their unique journeys.
I approach therapy with a strengths-based, relational focus, believing in the inherent resilience and potential of each person I work with. When we work together I will meet you where you’re at bringing insight, clinical training, lived experience, a little humor, and decades of experience in creating safe, trauma-informed space for growth and healing.
