As a therapist, I firmly believe that we all hold the answers to our lives within ourselves. My job is to help you shine a light on your own answers, authentically and without judgement. I cannot tell you how to "fix" yourself (you aren't broken!), nor am I going to tell you what your goals "should" be or how you "should" live your life. I want to help you cut through the noise of others and help you discover who YOU are, and help you see how AMAZING you are! If you've ever been told pieces of you are "unacceptable", I can help you challenge those thoughts and become more fully yourself.
I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach. Every person is unique. We all have our own goals, experiences, views, etc. Therapy should be no different. I will help you talk about your experiences, identity, goals, life, etc. without judgement or shame. Every person deserves a space where they can fully explore who they are.
