I’m Michelle. - My professional journey has included being with adults/kids/families struggling with life shaking trauma’s as well as those working through the struggles with anxiety/depression/daily life striving for general wellness. My own role models had ways of “being” that allowed people around them to slow down and deepen. Take a break from the chaos. I have worked with child/families, college students, veterans, & facilitated parenting groups. My most recent work has been with separated families (children 0-18, with special training with expecting parents and those with kids 0-6) working to repair relationships after trauma and loss. I use a humanistic, trauma-informed, strength based perspective.
We all struggle and can use someone objective to help us explore our past, present, or future. My hope is together we can build a relationship that creates and recreates trust in a way that allows the brave journey of your growth, and healing. I am part of Groundwork Counseling.
