Hi! My name is Michelle, and I am so glad you’re here. You may be here because you are feeling tired. Life can feel exhausting, overwhelming, and downright difficult to trudge through. You may be carrying feelings of anxiety, depression, shame, or loneliness. You may feel tired from carrying such a heavy burden. Therapy can give you a place to rest.
I have experience working with adult survivors of harmful relationships, childhood trauma and neglect, and complex post-traumatic stress disorder. Using a relational and attachment-based approach, we will work together to help you explore and embrace your authentic self.
I understand that the effects of trauma can be deeply ingrained and feel difficult to overcome. However, with time and empathetic support, it is possible to heal from trauma and live a full and happy life. I am here to support you on your journey to healing. If you are ready to start your journey, please reach out. I would be honored to walk alongside you.
