My goal as a psychologist is to help you navigate the rocky areas of life with more insight, self-compassion, and the tools you need to feel better. I work well with clients seeking help with anxiety, depression, stress management, emotion regulation, image, and self-esteem.

I specialize in psychotherapy with an approach that looks comprehensively at an entire person’s life and includes mindfulness-centered cognitive behavioral therapies (CBT), dialectical behavior therapies (DBT) and self-compassion and confidence training.
