My focus is on OCD and PTSD. I believe that there is a strong connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I use CBT and ACT in my practice; I have trained extensively on Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, and Exposure and Response Prevention.
I've been able to work with diverse populations, addressing a wide range of issues. By listening deeply and genuinely caring, I aim to build a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and respect. Whether it's through individual or group therapy, my goal remains the same: to provide you with what you need to create a life that's meaningful.
