My approach is genuine, direct, and warm with some humor to build connections and work with clients collaboratively.
I have experience working with individuals, families, and couples experiencing life adjustments, changes, mental health concerns, and trauma-related disorders through in-home, community, and outpatient settings. I have received certification providing Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to individuals and their families who have experienced trauma.
