Hi, I appreciate you reaching out. I know sharing your story with a stranger can be uncomfortable. My job is to create a space that helps you feel comfortable and heard; to offer you an environment that allows you to explore what's important to you. With this in mind, I have created a comfortable, safe, and nonjudgmental space for you to share, feel less alone, and feel more valued. My role is to help you feel heard, uninterrupted, deeply listened to, and to be understood.
The therapy I provide is mindfulness-based, bringing the mind's awareness to how our intense emotions manifest in our body and in our behavior. I specialize in working with people who are coping with grief/loss, trauma, depression, and relationship difficulties. I also work with families who are struggling with the impact of addiction.
Together we can work on what's most important to you, bringing about real change to help you reclaim your truest self. You're welcome to bring any emotion into our space knowing that we will both put in the work to bring the change you desire.
