Unfortunately, I am currently not accepting new clients. As a queer therapist with ADHD, I understand the struggles of navigating unwelcoming and ill-equipped systems. Many people who grow up with undiagnosed ADHD experience unique challenges. Often, this involves a constant battle of self-blame for not being able to effortlessly accomplish what seems to come naturally to others. The emotional distress created by this leaves people feeling confused and misunderstood. I help people to: better understand their diagnosis; work to reduce and eliminate years of shame; and develop functional, realistic skills beyond just using a planner.
I enjoy and have experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community, especially trans youth and adults. I believe that gender-affirming care should be accessible and I do my best to provide surgery letters within as few sessions as possible for qualifying adults.
I have a relaxed style and a collaborative approach to therapy. I believe that you are the expert when it comes to your own life, so I take the necessary time to understand all the unique details that make you who you are.
