I specialize in all kinds of relationships, including your relationship with yourself. I truly understand my clients and offer a warm, non-judgmental space for growth. My practice is based on attachment theory, fostering relationships that feel safe and connected. I enjoy working with withdrawn men who want to be more expressive with their partners but feel confused about how to do that. I work with couples managing ADHD, anxiety, and depression, helping them navigate challenges. I help individuals relate to themselves, God, and their families while remaining authentic to themselves. In short I help people do relationships better.
I am certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an approach that helps couples and families break negative patterns, explore emotions, and develop lasting closeness. Additionally, I am trained in EMDR, an intervention for mild to severe trauma. I also have advanced training in treating infidelity and betrayal trauma, mixed-faith couples, & queer couples
