I enjoy working with clients to help them find balance, to feel known, seen, respected and cherished in their relationships. We all have past hurt and fears and expectations that trip us up! I help clients understand themselves and their spouse better. From there we can begin to untangle and lay a new foundation built from purposeful communication, new emotional connection and intentional actions and habits that make life more solid. I specialize in working with individuals and couples through marriage and pre-marriage counseling. My goal for couples is to truly know each other at the deepest level. My biggest strength is empathy and the ability to sit with people through confusion, doubt, and frustration. I seek to help clients realign and experience true fulfillment.
