Most of my available open spots for appointments right now are mornings and afternoons. My evening spots tend to stay really full. I really enjoy being a therapist, specifically helping my clients thrive while treading anxiety, ADHD, and everyday life, including job stress and parenting stress.
It is a joy to me to get to be a therapist, and watch people’s lives improve. I enjoy building a working relationship and focusing on clients’ strengths, talents, and goals, in addition to therapy involving healing. Sometimes I’m called an encouragement therapist by clients. Additionally I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and family systems.
It is my intention to make therapy a positive and helpful experience, rather than a chore. I’m pleased when people tell me it’s an hour of the week that they really look forward to, and it’s a good mix of therapy and building self-confidence. I’m always happy to combine therapy with career counseling and career goal setting, if desired. Glad you’re here!
