In treatment, I pull from evidence based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Internal Family Systems, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Problem Solving Therapy.
