Welcome. Thank you for taking the time to check out Welcome Home Wellness - where my primary focus is on you. I believe it is a privilege to help people feeling confused, frustrated, anxious, depressed, or lost in life. I do not take the level of trust and vulnerability it takes to allow someone into your personal life for granted. Creating a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental, and nurturing space where you can heal and grow is what I hope to achieve together. It takes strength and courage to ask for help, and I find it an honor to offer support or a referral to help you navigate your way.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I earned my master’s degree at The University of Alabama. My work in the schools, as a healthcare administrator, and as a licensed therapist for intensive to moderate at-risk youth in the DHR system has helped me gain experience with a wide range of mental health concerns.
My practice includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Level 2 LifeSpan Integration, and Trauma-Informed Care, each of which can be tailored to one’s personal, individualized needs. Please know, that counseling services are not limited to the office location. Welcome Home Wellness can also provide secure telehealth care.
