My person-centered and strength-based approach ensures that therapy is tailored to meet your specific needs. I have experience in many different therapeutic modalities such as play, art, music, mindfulness and more.
I also hold a certification in grief and loss counseling, which enables me to support individuals and their families through the complex emotions that arise when dealing with loss. I understand that grief can manifest differently for everyone, whether it be the loss of a loved one, a pet, or even a significant life change.
In addition, I have over 5+ years of experience providing trauma-informed therapy with children, adolescents, and their families in both community and school-based settings.
