Hello, welcome! Hola, Bienvenido! I'm on a mission to reduce the stigma of mental health and join you in one of the most difficult walks of life, self-exploration. I will challenge you and empower you to reach a new level of autonomy and understanding of self. My journey as a therapist has led me to work with many populations and aided my ability to give creative, memorable and personable therapeutic services.
My experience includes treating adolescents & adults with eating disorders in RTC, PHP, IOP and outpatient levels of care. I am trained in CBT, ACT, DBT and have a level 2 certification in SandTray. I am bilingual, use a strengths-based approach, & skilled in servicing those suffering with anxiety, depression, dysfunctional family relationships and more.
