To me, an ideal client is anyone who is willing to open themselves to change. I have a great deal of experience treating depression and anxiety in clients of all ages. I like to work with a variety of modalities in addition to talk therapy, like expressive arts and dream work.
My masters degree is in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Spiritual Psychology. Spiritual Psychology is not connected to any particular religion or philosophy, but rather a combination of various humanistic psychologies and contemporary metaphysics. Psychology is not merely an intellectual pursuit, but ideally involves the heart and soul as well.
My fee is $140.00. I am in network with CIGNA, Wellspring EAP and Spring Health EAP. I also work out-of-network with most major insurances. I can offer a payment sliding scale as well.
