I have worked with all age groups, but have the most experience with early adolescent youth. I engage in real relationship development to help struggling youth cope with anger, anxiety, depression, ADHD, gender identity, and conflict resolution through individual, group, and family sessions.
I provides trauma-informed talk therapy, integrating aspects of DBT, CBT, problem-solving, and strengths-based approaches to help clients realize their full potential. I specialize in using movement, mindfulness, and thought reframing with a focus on understanding one's own strengths and values.
