My passion is to see holistic growth of every individual, relationship, and family through authentic healing. I work with children, adolescents, families, couples, individuals, and those seeking support in sibling relationships, peer relationships, and adult/couples relationships. I tailor my counseling approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, drawing from a variety of effective modalities such as EFT, cognitive-based therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, play-based therapies, group therapy, family systems and I also offer classes and workshops.
As parents, we want to nurture, protect, and help our children, but sometimes we don’t know where to start. I provide techniques that will guide and equip children and adolescents and their parents/caregivers to face life’s challenges with confidence. I help families and couples improve each individual’s mental well-being to help entire family system.
